K-Flex DP is one of the most versatile polar plasticizers commercially available. It has excellent compatibility with a wide range of polar polymers and rubbers and is often blended with other plasticizers to optimize performance, handling,and economy. K-Flex DP is a high solvator which delivers value to many applications in which dibenzoates are used,but it is especially well-suited for the following diverse applications:

• Nitrocellulose and acrylic lacquers

• Organosols

• TPU (when added via absorption to already formed pellets)

• Epoxy resins

• Polysulfide sealants

Outside of its use as a plasticizer, K-Flex DP can be found in personal care as a viscosity reducer for depilatory waxes and in agriculture as an adjuvant for pesticides. 

Inaddition,K-Flex DP can be used as a plasticizer in U.S.food packaging adhesives in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Unlike other common dibenzoate products, K-Flex DP does not crystallize, making it a sound choice for facilities without heated storage.
